QIT Recovery Adults
This trajectory is developed for adult clients who have inpatient treatment.
The focus of the treatment is on recovery-oriented values, as self-agency, empowerment, resilience and sense-making. The trajectory bar shows the selection and sequence of the questionnaires for the first 10 weeks. In the subsequent weeks the same questionnaires are programmed, yet in a lower frequency.
Outcome Questionnaire. Draws attention to the nature and severity of psychological (dis) functioning. Contains 4 subscales: symptomatic stress, anxiety & psychosomatic complaints, interpersonal relationships and socio-functional functioning.
Manchester Quality of Life. Asks for life satisfaction in different aspects: job, house, general health, safety, friendship, etc.
Assessment Therapeutic Climate. Assesses the contact with the care team, the contact with co-clients, the goal and the approach of the treatment. Also questions hope, expectation and therapy perspective of client.
Dutch Empowerment List. Measures empowerment and examines the extent to which clients grow in strength through therapy. The extent to which therapeutic help is empowering is also being questioned.
Herth Hope Index. Assesses perspective on life and future, self-confidence & inner strength.
Surveys to (positive & negative) changes occurred in the past period. The causes and mechanisms of change are also being questioned.
