QIT Outpatient Couples

This trajectory is developed for adult clients who have couple therapy in an outpatient setting.

The trajectory bar shows the selection and sequence of the questionnaires for the first 6 sessions. In the subsequent sessions the same trajectories are programmed, yet in a lower frequency.

Questionnaires description

OQ-45

Outcome Questionnaire. Draws attention to the nature and severity of psychological (dis) functioning. Contains 4 subscales: symptomatic stress, anxiety & psychosomatic complaints, interpersonal relationships and socio-functional functioning

 

BVL

Concerns questionnaire. Questions the concerns of client & partner

 

SCORE

Asks for family functioning


DFS

Dialogical Feedback scale. Examines how client & partber experienced the therapy session. Also questions what has touched  and surprised them

 

HOPE

Hope questionnaire. Surveys hope for change and therapy anticipation of client & partner
 

CHANGE Q

Surveys to (positive & negative) changes occurred in the past period. The causes and mechanisms of change are also being questioned
