Sessions between the therapist and the client are the heart of the therapy process. A session can be added to the therapy trajectory of a client after which the necessary documentation can be added. There are two types of sessions:

Add notes

On every session, there is the ability to add notes to describe the session. In this way, the treatment trajectory can be fully documented. All notes are automatically bundled in a summary report which can be downloaded or printed.

For deontological reasons, it's of utmost importance that therapists can store private notes that won't be accessible by the client, and that will never be accessible by colleagues. In QIT online you have the ability to 'lock' the notes that can only be used for personal use. Locking notes is possible for every interaction type within a trajectory.

Locked notes are never accessible when you share a client with another therapist.

Unlocked notes are accessible in the case of shared files.

Upload documents

Besides adding notes to the session, there is an option to upload documents. For example scans of handwritten notes, letters, photos and more.

Our lives are increasingly taking place online; virtual relationships exist alongside real relationships, and technological applications are part of our everyday life. The digital revolution is also entering mental health care. The therapy room can now extend to the living room and the wider living environment of the client: online self-help can supplement and strengthen traditional psychological care.

Tasks are a form of blended help allowing a therapist to assign certain exercises to a client. The client can do this exercise at their own pace. This feature will soon be available in the QIT platform and can be added to a client's trajectory in the usual way.

The QIT-platform enables easy and safe collaboration between caregivers and users. Clients and their network have access to (certain parts of) their client files through a secure account. Caregivers can share client files in a safe and user-friendly way, of course with the client's knowledge. Collaboration, continuity and transparency in healthcare are facilitated thanks to our digital platform.

Moments of consultation, such as supervision, intervision, interdisciplinary coordination,... can easily be added to the trajectory overview and documented with notes or documents (such as reports, certificates, e-mails,...).
