Connecting the craft of psychological care with innovative technology
QIT stands for Quality in Treatment

Those who are familiar with psychotherapy know that the road to recovery and growth is unique and layered. QIT does not want to reduce the complexity of psychotherapy, but comprise it.
With digital applications we help to make the therapy process insightful and transparent and actively involve the client in the care process.
Numerous therapeutic activities can be linked to the trajectory. It shows how therapy takes shape through different entrance points and channels and extends from the therapy to the living room of the client.
The future of mental health care will be blended.
In our blog posts you can read more about our vision on current themes in mental health care.
Collaborate with your client throughout the treatment trajectory
The trajectory bar visualizes the unique treatment pathway. After all, therapy is different for every client. It is not the computer that controls the process, but the therapist, in close coordination with the client. It reflects what to us is the essence of the profession: 'The client as the heart and the relationship as the soul of psychotherapy'. A variety of therapeutic activities can be attached to a pathway.

Manage your client records
The entire client file can be managed in an electronic health record with all modern functionalities: clearly arranged, easily searchable, accessible from anywhere and 100% secure. The electronic health records are fully in line with the Quality Act applicable for psychotherapists and psychologists.
For each client, all relevant contact and care information is bundled in one central client record. The diversity of clinical practice is reflected in the ability to set up records at the individual, relationship, family and group level. Other persons (partner, parent, child,...) can be easily added to a record and actively involved in the care process.
To ensure a smooth and secure collaboration between caregivers, records can be easily shared or transferred, of course with the knowledge of the client. This makes QIT online a valuable compass for psychotherapists, psychologists, group practices and larger organisations.

Tap into a scientifically and clinically validated library
On top of health record functionalities, the software contains clinically relevant and scientifically founded knowledge from years of experience in the mental health sector. This knowledge is anchored in the substantive building blocks that care providers can use to offer a qualitative care trajectory.
QIT's clinical relevance shows itself in the collection of questionnaires, the composition of trajectory types, the online modules and the catalog of standard documents. We see the client as the expert, the relationship as the leading lady and the technology as serving therapy.

Questionnaires
Wide and varied range of psychodiagnostics, screening, process and outcome monitoring and satisfaction measurement.
Modules
Online self-help modules consisting of multiple building blocks that can help the client before, during and after the therapy sessions.
Exercises
Collection of do-it-yourself exercises that can be combined with therapy to practice certain skills or stimulate processes.
Trajectory types
Set of quantitative and qualitative process and outcome questionnaires to monitor progress in therapy, composed in function of clinical setting and client characteristics.
List of standard documents for reporting, attestation, reimbursement of mutual insurance companies and invoicing.

Now that the digital aspect is becoming more important and the Quality Law is being rolled out, we are happy to make the switch in our group practice to a high-quality client records system. We feel that QIT satisfies our needs, without losing sight of our own quality requirements.
